We will gladly ship your order to any country around the world. Shipping charges apply to each address and vary based on delivery location. Please note, as a charitable organization, we must charge shipping and that our shipping fees include our costs for order processing. Recipients are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or brokerage fees (brokerage fees apply to all Canadian addresses, and to some other locations). All orders outside the US will be shipped First Class Mail unless stated otherwise. Over sized items such as framed prints, sculpture, and very large children's toys will incur a shipping surcharge for addresses outside the US. Items on which oversize surcharges apply display a message on the product page. Packages whose length plus girth is between 84 and 165 inches are considered over sized. Items that have a weight greater than 2 pounds may have a fixed shipping fee that varies from the chart below. Memberships are sent standard mail free of charge. Please note that personal Memberships can only be sent to the purchaser's billing address and that each Gift Membership requires a separate name and shipping address.

*Shipping charges for Canada and all other countries are a guideline and actual shipping charges can be calculated and emailed to customers once an order is received. Invoices will be adjusted to reflect the new charges and refunds for overcharges will be issued.
Priority Mail 1–3 Day Delivery
Priority Mail may require an additional fee. If you would like your items shipped by Priority Mail, please include a comment with your order stating that you would like your items to be shipped using Priority Mail. You will than receive an email letting you know the additional cost (if any) and how you can pay the difference. If you have questions about Priority Mail, please call the Museum Gift Shop at 920-437-7623 ext. 10.
Priority Express Delivery
The cost for Priority Express delivery is $20 in addition to standard shipping charges. Priority Express delivery is available on in-stock items to locations with street addresses only; we are not able to deliver to rural routes or P.O. boxes. Priority Express delivery is only available for the US.
To have your item shipped by Priority Express Delivery, please include a comment with your order stating that you would like your items shipped Priority Express. We do not currently have a live shipping calculator. To pay the additional $20 required for this shipping method, please use the PayPal Donation button and make a donation for the additional $20. If the additional fee is not paid, the item will be sent by the standard method, regardless of comment.
Please refer to the chart below for estimated delivery times by location for Standard, Priority Express, and Priority Mail shipping. All orders must be placed by 11 a.m. Central Time to be considered for that business day. Priority orders placed by 11 a.m. Central Time (excluding weekends and holidays) will be shipped the same day. Please note that orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be handled as Monday orders. Items shipped to any given address may be shipped in separate parcels on separate days, but you will only be charged once per address.
Priority Express and Priority Mail delivery are available for in-stock items and are available to locations with street addresses only; we are not able to deliver to rural routes or P.O. boxes.
Memberships and Gift Certificates are sent by standard mail free of charge (delivery time is 1-2 weeks).
We will inform you of any delay in shipping that exceeds 30 days.

Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our goal. Please inspect your order upon delivery, and if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the merchandise within 60 days* from the date of purchase. Please note that we can only accept for refund or exchange merchandise that is current and in saleable condition.
